Introduction to Art Club and what it offers: Art Club exists to make art appeal to the general crowds; it is a "for fun" club as well as a club for people with serious interest in art. Rather than being a club for "elite" artists, Art Club is for anyone to join whether they are good at art or not.

First art meeting of the Year

Alrighty~

I'll be getting some pictures from club day up once my computer stops acting funny.
During our first meeting, we've introduced ourselves, the officers, and what art club's interests lie in. We've also discussed some possible activities that we would do over the year.

Our first project was to create/decorate a portfolio folder so we could store our artwork inside the folder, and inside the classroom instead of carrying it around and bringing it every week back. The folder itself could not have an 'specific' object on it, like a violin, or a dog, or cat. There may be a hint of an object, but thats as far as objects may go. The folder must also in some way to reflect yourself.

That wraps up the meeting.
